it will go on a white milky color, but it will dry diamond clear. Once clear, and hard to the touch, you’re able to epoxy.

not for final coat. Not intended to be used for food surfaces. Only for underlayers beneath epoxy coats. 

not for internal or external use. If it gets in your eyes, please rinse them for 10-15 minutes under cool water.
